Held By Trees

‘Held By Trees’ Branding
Held By Trees is an instrumental post-rock collaboration of musicians;
heavily inspired by Talk Talk/Mark Hollis, & working with musicians that took part in their infamous album sessions.
Other inspirations include the minimal piano work of Ryuichi Sakamoto & early 70’s Pink Floyd.

Album & logo promo above for HBT Press Release:
It’s with great excitement that we can announce our partnership with Play It Green to plant a real tree for
every album sold in our own Held By Trees forest garden in Madagascar.
Our album spear-heads an amazing new initiative called ‘climate positive music’ that takes more carbon out of the atmosphere than making a record puts in.
Through partnerships on the ground in Madagascar, Play It Green are not just planting a tree for each album sold, but are employing local people to plant,
manage & protect the forests – therefore also lifting people out of poverty.
We couldn’t make an album that so intentionally celebrates the natural world without doing something to protect it.
We are so thrilled to be partnering with Play It Green!
